  • All attendees, including guests, must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and have received a booster.
  • All attendees must wear masks at the Meeting and indoor events when not consuming food or beverage.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within ten days prior to the Annual Meeting, are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 within ten days prior to the Annual Meeting, do not attend the Meeting.
  • If at any time during the Annual Meeting you begin to experience symptoms of COVID-19, or are in contact with someone experiencing symptoms, leave the Meeting as soon as possible.

We will update this website and notify registrants if our plans or this policy change.

The Ritz-Carlton’s ventilation system supplies 18,850 CFM of air to the Ballroom (where the main meeting and Annual Dinner are held) and exchanges air 4.5 times per hour. The Ritz-Carlton uses MERV 14 filters in all ventilation systems throughout the hotel, including the meeting space. At ALI's request, the Ritz-Carlton will also operate portable air purifiers with HEPA filters in the registration room, Ballroom Foyer and coffee areas, and the rooms for the Sunday programs and Wednesday Luncheon.
