Christopher P. Reynolds has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Toyota Motor North America, Inc. since April 1, 2015, and Chief Officer of Governance Management Department since April 1, 2016. Mr. Reynolds has been the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Officer of Corporate Planning Division, Deputy Chief Officer of General Administration & Human Resources Group and Managing Officer at Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) since April 1, 2015. He serves as the Chief Environmental Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (TMS) and has been its Vice President of Business Law in the Legal Services Group since August 2007. He serves as Secretary of Kalamazoo College. He serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at TMA. He served as General Manager of Human Resources, Safety & Corporate Relations of Baulderstone Pty Ltd.

He was a Partner and Trial Lawyer at the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, including Chair of its diversity committee. Earlier, Mr. Reynolds served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York. Before that, he worked as a Litigator at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius of Hughes Hubbard & Reed and as a law clerk for Judge Damon J. Keith, 6th U.S. Court of Appeals in Detroit, Michigan. He serves as a Trustee of Kalamazoo College. He serves as a Trustee of Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Mr. Reynolds earned his Law Degree from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Kalamazoo College.
