Brent O.E. Clinkscale is an Independent Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). His concentration is in business litigation, including both domestic and international arbitrations. He has more than 25 years of experience in complex business matters, including class actions and multi district litigation.
Mr. Clinkscale started his career as Counsel to the Speaker of the House for South Carolina, the Honorable Robert J. Sheheen. In that role, he served as Counsel for the Joint Judicial Screening Committee for the South Carolina House and Senate where he investigated and helped screen judicial candidates for the South Carolina trial and appellate courts, among other responsibilities.
Mr. Clinkscale is the former law clerk of the Honorable Judge Matthew J. Perry, Former United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina, and is formerly the President of the Greenville County Bar Association.
