Victoria Cundiff is a litigation partner in the New York office of Paul Hastings and chairs the firm’s global trade secrets practice. Her work often centers on issues at the intersection of intellectual property law and employment law.

Ms. Cundiff has tried or resolved claims involving trade secrets, inevitable disclosure, intellectual property ownership, restrictive covenants, copyright, licensing, and other intellectual property and commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States and before a variety of arbitration and mediation tribunals. She is also frequently involved in designing contractual and other measures to protect and share intellectual property as well as protocols for investigating and resolving intellectual property use and ownership disputes outside of court.

Ms. Cundiff writes and lectures often in the intellectual property field.  She is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is Vice Chair of the Sedona Conference Working Group 12 on Trade Secrets and chairs the Practising Law Institute's Annual Program on Trade Secrets: What Every Attorney Should Know.
