The American Law Institute, together with the Atlanta International Arbitration Society (AtlAS: www.arbitrateatlanta.org) and the State Bar of Georgia, will cosponsor an event on the Restatement of the Law, The U.S. Law of International Commercial Arbitration project. The breakfast meeting, to be held on February 26, 2016, will take place at the Atlanta Center for International Arbitration and Mediation at Georgia State University College of Law’s new building. The project’s lead Reporter, Professor George A. Bermann of Columbia University School of Law, will speak about the project— its current state and its future.
