EXPENSES: Actual and reasonable transportation, lodging (up to two hotel nights), and meal expenses incurred to attend this meeting are eligible for reimbursement by ALI. DESCRIPTION: Every year the ALI sponsors a conference focusing on the work of a recipient of its Early Career Scholars Medal which is a very prestigious award given every two years to the two most promising academics who have been teaching ten years or less. Professor Daniel Schwarcz of the University of Minnesota Law School, the 2017 ALI Early Career Scholars Medal Co-Recipient, is the organizer of this conference.
