Thomas Kline is a founding partner of Kline & Specter, where he is best known for personal injury cases that have helped shape Pennsylvania law and resulted in corporate, institutional, and governmental changes through the civil justice system. In September 2014, Mr. Kline announced a $50 million gift to Drexel law school, now named the Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
He previously taught sixth grade for several years before attending law school and later clerked for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Thomas W. Pomeroy. He then worked at The Beasley Firm in Philadelphia before opening his own firm in 1995. Mr. Kline has appeared on more than 1,000 television news programs, including for commentary on ABC World News and Good Morning America.
