The Hon. Marialyn Barnard

Marialyn Barnard was a Justice on the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals for ten years, 2009 through 2018. She began her legal career as a state and federal law clerk for Judge Orlando L. Garcia, currently the Chief Judge for the Western District of Texas. Prior to her service as an appellate justice, she was an Assistant United States Attorney, corporate counsel, and private practice attorney, She is a member of numerous Texas and local bar associations and foundations and a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Inns of Court.
