ALI Director Wood to Join Panel at ELI-UNIDROIT Dissemination Conference
The European Law Institute (ELI) will host the ELI-UNIDROIT Model European Rules of Civil Procedure Dissemination Conference aimed at restarting discussion on the importance and impact that the Model Rules have had, and continue to have, since their publication in 2021.
ALI Director Diane P. Wood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit will participate in the Dissemination Conference on the “Overview of the ELI-UNIDROIT Model Rules” panel.
The Dissemination Conference will take place on February 5-6, 2024 in Vienna, Austria. An overview of the conference as well as an agenda is available here.
