The National Constitution Center’s America’s Town Hall series hosted ‘Does the Presidency Need Reform?’ exploring the role of the president in the constitutional system. Panelist Saikrishna Bangalore Prakash of UVA Law engaged in discussion on the original conception of presidential power and its expansion over time and provided his take on what reforms may be necessary.
