Sexual Assault on Campus
The New Yorker's recent article, “Is There a Smarter Way to Think About Sexual Assault on Campus,” examines a research project focused on the sexual behavior of Columbia undergraduate students. The project, led by Jennifer Hirsch and Claude Ann Mellins of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, is called Sexual Health Initiative to Foster Transformation (SHIFT).
Suzanne Goldberg of Columbia Law School is among the team of researchers. In the article, Professor Goldberg addresses how SHIFT can contribute to combating sexual assaults committed on campus.
