‘Extraterritoriality in International Law’

Indiana University Bloomington School of Law will host ‘Extraterritoriality in International Law,’ a three-day conference consisting of workshop panels focused around the forthcoming Elgar Research Handbook on Extraterritoriality and International Law.

Austen L. Parrish of Indiana University Maurer School of Law will co-host the event. A number of ALI members are participating in workshops throughout the conference. They are listed below.
