‘Restoring the Guardrails of Democracy’

The National Constitution Center’s new project, ‘Restoring the Guardrails of Democracy,’ aims to help identify institutional, legal, and technological reforms that may help address present threats to American Democracy.

Edward B. Foley of Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law will lead one of the project teams. Today at 7pm, Foley and the other team leaders will participate in a Town Hall event to discuss their findings and reform proposals. Jeffrey Rosen of the National Constitution Center will moderate.
